As 2024 comes to a close, we're celebrating our 5th year in operation. That means 5 years of free programming for our youth! We've set an ambitious goal to raise $10,000 so  that we can keep our programming free and bring even more youth to our farm.​

 

Youth come from across the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles to be in a safe, liberatory green space and learn farming & gardening skills amongst mentors and peers. Our FREE Farm Hands program meets weekly from January-June, where participants engage in various farm and nature based learning opportunities, and take home fresh produce that they helped cultivate. This summer we launched our Youth in Bloom program which provides youth with a paid opportunity to work on our farm and assist with our CSA program while learning new farm and life skills. These and our 3 other land-based programs are only possible with community support. Every dollar donated to our campaign helps to keep youth on our farm and healthy produce & beautiful flowers in their hands!​
